产教融合的理论框架构建——基于人力资本、制度经济学与创新网络的综合分析

本研究基于人力资本理论、制度经济学和创新网络理论，构建了产教融合的理论框架，并分析其对经济增长、劳动力市场和知识创新的影响。研究发现，产教融合能够有效提升人力资本质量，优化劳动力市场结构，并推动科技成果转化和产业升级。近年来，中国政府通过“产教融合型企业”认定制度和“产教融合试点城市”建设，进一步完善了政策体系，但在实施过程中仍面临区域发展不均衡、企业参与深度不足等挑战。因此，本文提出优化政策执行、强化供需匹配机制和深化产学研协同育人模式等建议，以提升产教融合的实际效果，并为未来政策制定和学术研究提供参考。
