从教育参与者到价值共创者:企业在产教融合中的战略角色转型路径研究

在全球高等教育结构性重构与知识经济持续扩展的背景下,企业在产教融合体系中的角色正经历从“教育参与者”向“价值共创者”的深刻转型。本文基于泰国等新兴经济体的教育改革实践,构建“参与—协同—共创”三阶段跃迁模型,系统分析企业在高教治理体系中角色演化的制度逻辑与组织路径。研究发现,企业战略跃迁是由市场机制驱动、政策干预引导与知识流动支撑的三重机制协同作用的结果,呈现出阶段递进性、机制嵌套性与结构适配性的特征。在此基础上,文章提出优化企业教育行为的制度路径,包括:增强市场激励与教育效能之间的反馈通道,完善绩效导向的政策支持体系,构建多层次知识流动平台,以及推动区域产教融合协同治理生态的制度化重构。研究不仅为理解企业在教育体系中的制度功能演化提供理论支持,也为全球南方国家推进教育现代化与产业人才协同提供比较视角与政策参考。
