协同育人与岗位供给:产教融合赋能高校毕业生高质量就业的制度路径

实现高校毕业生高质量充分就业,是中国式现代化进程中必须破解的战略性命题。随着产业结构转型升级和新技术快速演进,传统的“岗位匹配型”就业路径已难以适应日益复杂的人才供需格局。本文立足习近平总书记关于就业工作的重要论述,聚焦“产教融合”作为协同育人与岗位供给的制度支点,系统分析了以五大体系为核心的就业治理逻辑,包括培养供给、就业指导、招聘体系、帮扶机制与监测评价。文章认为,产教融合已从教育改革议题跃升为制度性平台,其在优化人才结构、扩大岗位供给、提升服务能力与推动系统协同中的作用日益凸显,构成中国特色高质量就业范式的制度中轴。最终,文章提出构建“平台化育人—智能化服务—系统性协同”的制度闭环,推动就业治理从政策推动向结构演化转型,为全球南方国家提供具有参考价值的范畴治理路径。
