基于目前职业教育高质量发展要求及产教融合、校企合作进入深水区的背景，高职化学制药技术专业落实产教融合人才培养模式改革，实施现代学徒制人才培养模式，满足社会对人才的需求。从办学主体、教学制度、教学团队及资源、学生管理等方面探索了化学制药技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的实施，为产教融合大背景下的职业教育高质量发展提供参考。
