在教育部指导下,开展产学合作协同育人项目,顺应产业的快速发展形势,发挥高校在人才培养方面的优势和开来科技(深圳)有限公司在实践方面的经验,以教学内容创新和课程体系改革为抓手、以师资培训为支柱、以实践条件和实践基地建设项目为基础、以创新创业为引领,实现实践与理论教学融合、人才培养与师资培养同步,加快贯通教育链和产业链,以产业和技术发展的最新需求推动高校人才培养改革。2025年,开来科技(深圳)有限公司拟支持新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科建设项目8项,教学内容和课程体系改革6项,师资培训10项,实践条件和实践基地建设项目10项,创新创业教育改革项目2项,共计36项。另单设指南,支持AIGC生成式人工智能教学科研师资培训项目50项。
Under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, the industry-university cooperative education project aims to align with the rapid development of industries. It leverages the advantages of universities in talent cultivation and the practical expertise of Kailai Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. By focusing on innovation in teaching content and curriculum reform, supporting faculty training, building practical facilities and bases, and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, the project seeks to integrate theoretical and practical teaching, synchronize talent and faculty development, and accelerate the connection between the education and industrial chains. The latest demands of industrial and technological development will drive reforms in university talent cultivation. In 2025, Kailai Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. plans to support the following projects: 8 projects for the construction of new engineering, new medicine, new agriculture, and new liberal arts disciplines; 6 projects for teaching content and curriculum reform; 10 faculty training projects; 10 projects for building practical conditions and practice bases; 2 innovation and entrepreneurship education reform projects; This amounts to a total of 36 projects. Additionally, a special guideline will support 50 projects for faculty training in AIGC (Artificial Intelligence-Generated Content) teaching and research.
