本文聚焦于德国“双元制”职业教育模式的实践成效及其评估框架的探讨。在对“双元制”的核心精髓及其对学生成长的正面效应进行概述的前提下，该模式下专业技能的深度锻造、综合素养的全面提升，以及为职业生涯铺设的广阔前景进行了研究，深入分析了实施效果评估的必要性，并详细列举了评估的关键维度，诸如学生专业技能的掌握程度、综合素质的显著增强等。为进一步验证“双元制”模式的适应性与成效，本文以潍坊科技学院为实证对象，展示了该模式在中国本土化的成功实践。
