学习、探讨邓小平的行政法律观，对于我们高举毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想伟大旗帜，贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，进一步推进依法行政，建设法治政府，监督行政权力的滥用，保障人民群众的合法权益，具有十分积极而深远的意义，本文从法治政府论、行政组织论、行政行为论与行政监督论四个方面对邓小平的行政法治观进行重新探讨，以期更全面准确地把握这一问题。
