应用型跨境电商人才校外实践基地建设研究

本研究旨在探索校企合作模式下的应用型跨境电商人才培养，通过齐鲁工业大学与开元教育科技（深圳）有限公司合作，建立了多个实习基地和仿真综合实习平台，以增强学生的实践操作能力和就业竞争力。项目在培养过程中结合实际工作场景和仿真模拟，提出了“跨境电商人才精准培养模式”和“1+N集成共生型产教融合模式”。项目的实施有效缩短了学生从校园到职场的过渡期，提升了他们的创新能力与职业素养，展示了校企合作在跨境电商领域中的创新实践和成果。
