教育部供需对接就业育人项目典型案例：扬州大学校企融合人力资源提升项目

本项目是扬州大学与开元教育科技（深圳）有限公司在产教融合背景下开展的深度合作，旨在通过创新人才培养模式、提供实习岗位、建立实训基地等多项举措，实现高校人才培养与市场需求的精准对接。项目重点打造了“金课堂”，推动课程改革，增强学生的职业素养，并通过校企共建的实践基地，为80余名学生提供了实训机会。项目期间，校企共同推动就业，通过运河城市就业联盟帮助毕业生实现高质量就业，项目成果广泛推广，形成了可复制的校企合作模式。本项目被评为教育部校企供需对接典型案例。
