共同富裕的制度供求缺口分析

共同富裕作为中国式现代化的本质要求，其制度构建需依托中国特色社会主义基本经济制度与动态政策调整的协同发力。本文基于制度供求理论，结合《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》最新部署，系统剖析社会主义初级阶段共同富裕制度的内涵维度、供求缺口引发的现实问题，并构建“理论-实证-政策”三位一体的优化路径。
