山东省非物质文化遗产的保护、传承与创新：传统根脉与现代活力的融合实践

山东省作为中华文明重要发祥地，孕育了泰山皮影、杨家埠木版年画、鲁绣、吕剧等数量众多、类型丰富的非物质文化遗产，其承载着齐鲁文化的核心基因与民族精神密码。本文以山东省非遗为研究对象，采用文献研究法、实地调研法与案例分析法，系统梳理国内外非遗保护传承的研究脉络与实践经验，聚焦山东非遗保护传承现状，深入剖析其在传承人培育、保护模式、资金保障、传播效能及创新转化等方面存在的突出问题。基于此，提出“原真性保护、活态传承、创新适配、协同共建、可持续发展”五大核心原则，并从传承人体系建设、数字化保护升级、资金多元化筹措、全媒体传播矩阵构建、文旅商融合创新、协同治理机制完善六个维度，构建传统根脉与现代活力深度融合的实践对策体系。研究旨在为山东省非遗的系统性保护、活态化传承与创新性发展提供理论支撑与实践参考，助力齐鲁优秀传统文化在当代实现创造性转化与创新性发展，彰显中华优秀传统文化的时代价值。
