在全球竞争日益激烈的背景下，知识资本已成为科技服务企业提升核心竞争力的关键资源。孟庆涛副教授和张伟伟博士的《科技服务企业知识资本与能力体系研究》一书，通过系统的理论分析与案例研究，深入探讨了如何构建和优化企业的知识资本与能力体系。本文对该书的内容、理论贡献和实践意义进行了全面评析，指出其在知识资本与能力体系研究领域的创新点及其对企业管理的实操性指导。同时也对书中的局限性提出了思考，认为未来的研究应进一步扩展到更广泛的国际背景下，以验证其理论的普适性。
