多元压力视角下的北京专精特新企业人才流失问题分析

随着智能经济导向下科技创新与产业创新的深度融合,“专精特新”企业对技术、资源和人才的需求与日俱增。本文以北京地区为例,调查并分析“专精特新”企业人才流失问题。首先,基于多元压力理论视角,从组织压力、职业发展压力、经济压力和生活压力四个维度,系统分析了北京专精特新企业人才流失的现状及成因。研究发现,北京专精特新企业人才流失率普遍较高,且呈现出核心技术人员流失严重、年轻人才流失率高、主动离职比例大等特点。基于多元压力视角下的分析,本文提出构建多层次人才保留体系的策略建议,包括优化薪酬激励体系、完善职业发展通道、改善工作环境和企业文化、提供生活支持等方面,以期为北京等超大特大城市的专精特新企业人才管理提供理论参考和实践指导。
