粤港澳大湾区视角下AI赋能与产教融合协同推进无菌及植入性医疗器械灭菌工艺课程教学模式创新

在粤港澳大湾区医疗器械产业快速发展和智能化转型的背景下,针对高职院校医用材料与应用专业核心课程《无菌及植入性医疗器械灭菌工艺》存在的教学内容与产业标准脱节、实践资源与企业需求不匹配、AI技术应用滞后等问题,本研究构建了"AI赋能+产教融合"双轮驱动的教学模式。通过对接湾区产业发展规划重构课程体系,联合龙头企业开展项目化教学,依托省级产教融合实训基地搭建实践平台,并参照湾区职业技能等级标准完善评价机制。实践表明,该模式显著提升了学生的岗位适配能力和专业技能水平,为粤港澳大湾区高职医疗器械类专业课程改革提供了可复制的实践路径。
