提升教师幸福感:民办高校教师队伍建设的关键路径

民办高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,也是我国教育事业多元化发展的重要力量,但民办高校的教师队伍建设面临重大挑战:教师流失率高,队伍不稳定,与教师的幸福感低密切相关。基于幸福感在教师队伍建设中的重要作用,文章认为,提升教师的幸福感是民办高校教师队伍建设的关健路径,并进一步在幸福感视角下讨论了促进民办高校教师队伍建设的对策。
