提升教师幸福感：民办高校教师队伍建设的关键路径

民办高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分，也是我国教育事业多元化发展的重要力量，但民办高校的教师队伍建设面临重大挑战：教师流失率高，队伍不稳定，与教师的幸福感低密切相关。基于幸福感在教师队伍建设中的重要作用，文章认为，提升教师的幸福感是民办高校教师队伍建设的关健路径，并进一步在幸福感视角下讨论了促进民办高校教师队伍建设的对策。
