黑龙江省学前特殊儿童融合教育师资问题研究

目前,我国学前融合教育发展已从理论探讨逐步走向实践研究,学前特殊儿童融合教育师资数量和质量问题已成为开展学前融合教育的关键因素。黑龙江省为融合教育欠发达省份,为了全面了解该省学前特殊儿童融合教育师资的问题,本研究运用访谈法、问卷法展开调研,分析了制约融合教育师资培养的现实问题,从增加学前特殊儿童融合教师数量、职前职后培养以及社会支持服务体系的建构等方面探索解决问题的对策,以期为提高黑龙江省学前融合教育质量提供参考。
