在经济结构调整和产业升级背景下,职业院校毕业生就业矛盾日益突出,偏重政策解读和求职技巧的就业指导课程难以契合企业对技能人才的需求。产教融合为重构课程目标、优化内容和创新模式提供了契机。本文立足职业院校情境,聚焦校企协同育人,分析现有课程问题,探索在产教融合框架下推进就业指导课程改革的实践路径。
