产教融合背景下创新创业教育驱动人工智能专业研究生培养的四维协同育人机制探索

现阶段,我国高校人工智能专业研究生培养面临着三大痛点问题:一是教学内容滞后,课程体系存在重理论轻实践的倾向,教学内容滞后于技术迭代速度;二是忽略产业案例,教学内容与产业的实际需求脱节,人才培养标准与企业用人标准衔接不畅;三是评价模式单一,忽略了人工智能教育的创新和实践的属性。针对上述问题,本研究通过构建人工智能+创新创业特色课程群,设计产教融合特色知识案例库,培育校企融合型师资队伍及建立产教融合教学质量与评价体系,创新性地形成“课程重构-案例建设-师资培育-评价创新”四维协同育人机制,有效促进学术链、产业链与创新链的深度融合,为人工智能专业研究生培养提供了兼具中国特色与国际视野的本土化解决方案。
