素质教育背景下中小学研学旅行发展现状与地域差异分析

研学旅行作为中小学素质教育的重要载体,其发展成效存在显著的地域分化,并呈现“马太效应”特征。本研究基于全国26省份的问卷调查与深度访谈数据,系统揭示了东部沿海与中西部内陆地区在研学旅行实施中的结构性差异:东部地区凭借经济与资源优势,形成了政策高效落地、活动深度多元的良性发展模式;而中西部地区则因财政约束、资源匮乏与认知滞后,陷入以“基础性参观”为主的低水平循环,导致学生高阶能力培养效果微弱。这种差异非但未能弥合教育差距,而且通过资源配置不均衡加剧了区域间学生综合素质发展的鸿沟。针对上述问题,本研究创新性提出建立“区域性差异补偿机制”,建议通过设立专项基金资助欠发达地区项目、构建跨区域教育资源共享平台、强化教师专业培训及深度整合社会场馆资源,以破解“马太效应”,推动研学旅行从形式普惠迈向质量公平,为政策优化提供实证依据。
