基于胜任力模型的高校师范生就业能力提升研究——以Y大学为例

师范生是未来的老师,就业能力是顺利就业并胜任工作岗位的基础,当前就业形势不容乐观,师范生的就业能力培养极其重要。针对这样的现状,如何科学评估高校师范生的就业能力、有效提升就业竞争力,进而实现高质量的就业目标,已成为高校面临的首要任务。本研究从胜任力模型视角出发,将胜任力模型运用到师范生就业能力的实证研究中,并科学分析了师范生就业能力的影响因素,旨在拓展师范生就业能力的研究深度,指导高校师范生强化核心就业技能,提升师范生就业能力。
