国内外教师数字胜任力研究综述

当下，教育数字化转型势在必行，数字化浪潮正深刻重塑教育生态。教师是教育数字化转型的主要参与者、推动者。在此过程中，教师数字胜任力是关键要素之一，也是现实中和学术研究领域越来越关注的热点问题。梳理国内外关于教师数字胜任力研究的现状，发现其中存在的不足，以及未来研究的方向具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。
