“芯”动力 新未来——需求牵引下集成电路高端技能人才培养的实践

针对集成电路产业人力资源供给与企业岗位需求不匹配的问题，广东工贸职业技术学院以需求为牵引，协同深圳市鹏城产教融合服务有限公司，创新校企协同育人模式。通过构建跨专业跨学院的高端人才培养选拔机制，打造校企共建精英师资团队，校企深度融合共建课程体系，培养适应集成电路产业发展的高端人才，有效缓解了企业在集成电路专业技能人才方面的紧迫需求。本实践不仅校企合作提供了宝贵的经验，也为本校在集成电路专业方向的发展指明了方向，为未来专业发展方向和策略奠定了坚实基础，助力集成电路产业的高质量发展。
