法律职业道德培养沉浸式嵌入法律风险管理课程教学的路径探索

本文以法学教育中职业伦理培养的现实困境为切入点,通过分析法学教育中法律职业道德培养现状和问题,解构法律风险管理课程与法律职业道德教育的天然契合性,提出“方法创新—情景化—效果测评”的三维渗透式教学改革模型。构建了包含案例分析、主题研讨、法案观摩、实案参与、咨询服务的模块化课程内容体系,并通过创新考核方法验证该三维渗透式教学改革模型在提升学生职业判断力、风险防控意识与道德决策能力方面的成效,以及学生学生法律职业道德素养提高程度。
