数智转型、财务管理与新质生产力人才培养

在全球经济数智化转型加速的背景下，企业传统财务管理面临决策滞后以及人才技能与现实需求脱节等问题。本文探讨了数智转型对财务管理，特别是财务信息处理、财务部门结构以及融资管理方式的影响；分析了数智转型与新质人才培养的双向驱动关系；并从课程体系设计、产教融合科教融汇、加强国际合作、树立终身学习理念、强化校企合作等方面提出构建具有前瞻意义的新质财务人才培养模式的建议。
