校企合作背景下课程体系重构的路径研究

随着职业教育改革的深入推进,校企合作已成为提高课程体系适应性和实效性的核心途径。本文聚焦校企合作背景下课程体系的重构路径,从能力本位教育理论与工作过程系统化教学设计出发,系统梳理当前课程体系存在的问题,提出多主体协同开发、岗位导向内容重组、双导师制实施、信息化资源共享等关键机制。通过某高职院校城市轨道交通运营管理专业的案例实证,验证了该路径在提升学生岗位胜任力与课程质量方面的积极成效。研究认为,构建“产教融合、课岗对接”的课程体系是实现高质量人才培养的根本保障。
