校企共育财经英才 协同合作谱写新篇——智慧财经产业学院的探索与实践

智慧财经产业学院依托正保财务云共享中心，积极落实“引企入校”，结合学院大数据与财务管理专业群的人才培养需求，构建涵盖财税核算、业财分析、战略财务三个层级的岗位体系，并通过系统化的培养与实践操作，培养学生的财务岗位技能与职业能力。北京东大正保、厦门网中网、金蝶精一等行业龙头企业委派具有丰富实务经验的产业导师进校，建立“师傅带徒弟”传帮带模式，将真实企业业务和财务场景引入校园，在校内实现“真账真做”。同时，项目还开展了“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设、课程教学资源建设、1+X证书制度试点和中国特色学徒制试点等工作，取得了丰硕成果。
